Mobile Interface Updates:
The mobile interface for the CRM has been modified as follows:
Link to native Map app: Locations, Customers, Call Notes and Suppliers showing addresses on mobile are now clickable to launch the phone’s default maps app.
Customer / Supplier Notes: Under the mobile interface the users will now be able to add/modify the general customer or supplier notes. Available to all users with Update Permission enabled for Customers and Suppliers.
Additional Updates:
- Customer Number now showing all customer listings including call notes
- Phone Number, Fax, Toll Free and Email addresses all spaced out further on mobile interface to eliminate tapping on the wrong option

Call Notes, Customer and Supplier Contacts Import Features added to Customer Data Tools:
You can now import Customer Call Notes from a different CRM system into the Resource Center. Also the ability to import Customer and Supplier contacts into the Resource Center is now available.
Import template files are available under the respective sections to download and populate with the Call Notes and Contacts to be imported into the Resource Center.

Multiple Rep Numbers per Employee:
Multiple rep numbers can now be assigned to a Sales Rep Employee account giving the single sales rep access to customers in different territories.

Access to Customers by Branch
Access to Customers now available to employees by Branch, this update allows for branch managers to see customers in the Resource Center that are linked to their branch only, leaving out the full customer list.
