Feb 2018 – Password Recovery and Update
Reset Password as a self serve option now available.
Furthermore; The employee accounts can be setup to require a forced password update every 1, 14, 30, 60, 90 or 120 days forcing the logged in users to update their password.
This forces the employees to change their passwords regularly to ensure passwords are not left unchanged for long periods of time. The CRM will prompt the employee on login or simply opening the CRM to change their password once the set number of days have passed.

The CRM is now able to track the last feature accessed by an Employee in the CRM.
