The Resource Center CRM came recommended, existing customer references provided all checked out. From the demo to setup and launching the CRM was a very smooth process. SiteAlive team was very knowledgable in helping us setup the reports we needed to sync with the CRM. Our sales team took to it almost immediately and we are very pleased with the ongoing support whenever needed from SiteAlive.

We have been using the SiteAlive Resource Center for some time. The main advantages to our multi-location business is that we are no longer wasting time on internal phone calls looking for information. Our documents and videos are published within the Resource Center for our employees to find information on the fly. The Suppliers database comes in handy for our employees to be able to look up Suppliers and their contact information with much ease compared to how we were trying to find this information before.
