The Western division of National Sales Inc. is pleased to announce their adoption of a new Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) this January 2019, courtesy of SiteAlive Inc.
SiteAlive Inc. is a Canadian company based in Toronto that provides web-based technology solutions specifically designed for the Automotive Aftermarket. SiteAlive Inc’s CRM has been implemented by several Warehouse Distribution Centres and Jobbers in the industry, and NSI is excited to be the first sales agency to adopt the program.
National Sales worked closely with SiteAlive Inc to tailor the new system to the specific needs of our agency. The new CRM is already providing our team with easier access to customer information, simpler call note recording and superior activity reports. With better information available at every level, this new technology will help us better serve our customers and vendors.
Having successfully launched the software in Western Canada, National Sales Inc. anticipates a similarly successful launch for Eastern Canada in Q2 of 2019.
